Important Notice

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the perishable nature of our food products and food safety regulations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • Damaged/defective products
  • Incorrect items
  • Missing parts of your order

Please contact us immediately at customerservice@bakersglen.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Non-Returnable Items

  • All food products (perishable goods)
  • Seasonal or holiday items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

EU Customers Notice

While EU law provides a 14-day cooling-off period, this does not apply to perishable food items under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
